Enoch

Enoch started his health and fitness career at YMCA as a personal trainer in 2014. As Enoch grew his experience, he was able to work with a variety of clients at clubs such as The Bay Club and Plus One Health Management.
To gain a better understanding of the human body and movement, he pursued an education in physical therapy. Enoch graduated from Mount St. Mary's University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. Enoch currently works as a Staff Physical Therapist at More Physical Therapy San Jose and continues his training career at Plus One Health Management. Enoch and An started The Fizeek Geeks in 2017 with a vision to make health and wellness education more accessible and efficient so individuals can move and feel great in all activities. In his free time, Enoch enjoys being basic while drinking oat milk lattes and eating $8 avocado toast. He also enjoys spending time with friends, family, and church.

Mitch

I am an outgoing and enthusiastic NASM certified Personal Trainer and future student of Physical Therapy at Mount Saint Mary’s University (beginning fall 2023). I am a former athlete and, having dealt with injuries of my own, know all too well the frustration of my body not performing as I would like. I am passionate about helping others reach their goals, live a healthy life, and be happy with themselves, inside and out. I am excited to help guide you along your fitness journey.

Laura

Laura is a current Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Mount Saint Mary’s University (Class of 2025), the recipient of the 2023 Coleman Scholarship for Academic Excellence, and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Laura is also a former Santa Clara University collegiate dancer and dance teacher who has experience with pilates, performance, choreography, dance education, and cardio dance workouts.
Laura was a former physical therapy patient throughout her dance career, where she has dealt with a handful of traumatic injuries and understands the mental and physical battle to return to her sport. Her goal is to give back to the community to help others live their life to their fullest potential and realize that fitness is all about mind, body, and spirit.

Erik

Since a young age, Erik has been passionate about turning interesting ideas into practical solutions. He started his first business while in high school and proceeded to study Microbiology and Technology Management at UC Davis. After graduating, he took a full time position as a Financial Analyst at an investment management firm focusing on healthcare, technology, and energy deals. Through his tenure there, he came to understand he really loved combining his scientific background with technical and financial expertise. He then proceeded to enroll in Stanford’s SIGM program and took summer classes at the Graduate School of Business. Erik now works at a local biotech startup focusing on business operations, cloud infrastructure, and special projects.
Erik met Enoch in 2011 while in college and joined The Fizeek Geeks team in 2019, where his role focuses on finance and accounting management for the business. When not working on his various business ventures, Erik can be found traveling, finding new places to eat, spending time with friends, and enjoying the outdoors.
